On a Password Protected site accessible only by you and us. Against a list of Ships
will be displayed the type, size, age, and the current appropriate Price Guidance
figure, on a basis suggested by us and agreed by you. We will also display a number
of adjustment factors to give a value of the ship relative to the Price Guidance
figure.
The Portfolio ships will thus reflect changes in the market.
Generic Ships may be monitored for ready reference.
Where there is no matching Price Guidance, or the ship in question is not in one
of our Registers, you can still have the ship in your Portfolio and its value monitored
at agreed intervals.
Clarksons Sale and Purchase Division will only enter Specific Ships for a party
or parties entitled to monitor their value (solely in our discretion, and we may
refuse to give a value or values without disclosing our reasons). You will be obliged
to advise us immediately of any Ships no longer in your Portfolio.
We will give you a quote based on the number of ships in the Portfolio, the number
of sister ships, the number of ships which have no related Price Guidance, and the
frequency agreed for monitoring.
The quote will be without commitment on your part.
